Customizable Forms with Open Endpoints

One of the main hurdles when creating websites are forms, mainly because they introduce a two-way interaction with the web.

There are a vast amount of solutions for forms on the web today, both specifically for WordPress and more general purpose forms. However since the typical websites created with TheDock very often need forms, you can create forms without any additional plugin.

Form builder

With our intuitive form builder you can easily create forms, even complex forms with multiple options and conditional fields. The individual elements of the forms are aligned to your design system but adjustable when needed.

The forms can then be added to any number of templates, while still using the same module. Changing a field is done in the Form builder and applied to all templates using that module.

Submission alternatives

One of the main challenges with forms are handling the responses. TheDock offer three ways of handling your data, where the last one is sending the data to an API endpoint meaning you can do whatever you like with the submitted data.

The other two options are sending the responses as an email or storing each response as an entry in the database. The options can be used in combination when you want additional reliability.
